Attic Portrait is an LA-based artist duo composed of Michelle Lea Tift, and Sea Zeda, whose multimedia works of soft sculpture and digital performance explore the inner self in relation to societal and personal expectations—We learn that pieces of ourselves are unattractive. The full spectrum of the human emotional and physical experience is not beautiful and must be hidden. This is us no longer subscribing to a life of merely existing. We are here to celebrate ourselves fully, live out loud, and thrive with pride over shame.
